Review-
When i read this book whenever it first came out i was wowed. So when i got the chance to listen to it from Simon & Schuster I jumped on the chance. I have to say I fell in love with this story all over again. Listening to it gave me vivid pictures of my Clary and Jace. I had forgotten how much I loved this first book. Jace just swooned me all over again! The remarks that me makes to Clary(most of the time kidding) come off so cute I had to giggle.
Cassandra Clare writes such a story that i am swept away to another place that makes me fall in Love and actually care about her characters. She writes so vividly that i can actually see the institute and the characters in clarity. The story is very well written and told in a way that will capture the imaginations of generations to come.
 The narrator Ari Graynor is a great narrator. Her voice is relaxing and sounds like a teenager and therefore makes a great Clary. Her narrating is very realistic that make me rest into the storyline very easily. I hope that she continues to narrate. She is my Clary.
 This audio book was a blessing that fell into my hands. It was one of the most exciting stories for me since Twilight. If you haven't listened to or read Cassandra Clares Immortal instrument series or her Infernal devices series RUN don't WALK and pick up City of Bones today. If you read only one other book make it this one! You are missing out on one of the best stories of our generation!

I love it when an author does it that way. This book has plenty of twists & turns and is full of action. It's a real page turner. The main character is the same lovable creature from the first part of this adventure. This book was definitely worth the wait. The friendships & love lives of the characters is heart warming. The author has a clear descriptive way of writing. You feel and see every little aspect of this wonderful story. With plenty of plot twists to keep you guessing and flipping those pages. By the end no stone is left unturned and there is happiness all around. The story is not without it's tragic moments too, adding to the endearing quality of the characters. I hope to read more from this very talented author. Happy Reading :)!!

Review-

What a fascinating story of life & love. Not at all what I had expected. I got so completely wrapped up in this book it only took me about 4 hours to read from cover to cover. Reality just seemed to melt right away. While a beautiful & tragic alternate reality took it's place. The main character is a charming, caring & quite unique young lady. Her friends certainly added to the emotional depth of the storyline. There is alot of action and heart felt joy throughout the entire book. Also, the ending is to die for. I'm hoping that there will be a sequel to tie up the loose ends & questions left by the cliffhanger ending.I really enjoyed reading this totally unique story. Hope you enjoy it too. Review: Runes (Runes #1) by Ednah Walters

Review-

Thoroughly enjoyable story of Lorraine Cooper, Raine for short, who has just celebrated her seventeenth birthday without ever kissing a boy. That, however, is the least of her problems. Her father has been missing for months since his plane crashed and her friends are dropping like flies all around her. Plus, the new kids at school are creepy and menacing, with blue runes inscribed on their bodies--runes that only Raine can see. Then there's the love triangle of Raine, Torin, the hot new next-door-neighbor, and Eirik, Raine's best friend since childhood. Poor Raine just can't catch a break and one of the new girls keeps trying to kill her.
Ednah Walters is a true story-teller with a flair for the paranormal. Runes is fast-paced, adventurous, heart-stopping, and romantic. Unlike other heroines (who shall not be named) in other paranormal books who just allow life to ebb and flow around them, Walters has created a strong and stubborn young woman who is an excellent role model for teen aged girls. Five stars!

Review-

This is the next installment in the GEN's struggle toward Freedom, Humanity & Equality. What a truly fascinating journey it has been so far. I really enjoyed the complexity of this storyline. The author does a wonderful job of infusing the storyline with intrigue & wonder. The main character has been on quite an adventure to become self-aware. Now that some things are becoming more clear, others are becoming hazy. The young lady is strong willed, caring & compassionate. She is a good example for teens to follow. Truth is not always the easiest path to follow but is usually the most rewarding in the end. The story hits the climax on a high note and leaves one heck of a cliffhanger. Surely, this can not be the end of the eye opening journey to awakening. I can not wait to read the next installment to this thought provoking world of the tank born. Hope you like it too....
