I do self breast exams, but probably not as often as I should.
ReplyDeleteI don't do the exams, unfortunately.. but it seems the cancer might be in my family history.
ReplyDeleteOnce in awhile, when I remember.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely~ breast cancer runs in my family and so we're all very careful with paying for the signs. This is a wonderful giveaway. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI do, my grandmother is a breast cancer survivor, and my sister had a scare a few years ago. This is not something I take a chance on.
ReplyDeleteI admit. Once in a while I do. Not nearly as much as I should though. I always seem to forget.

No, I don't know how...Every now and then I'll have a feel just to make sure I don't have any bumps, but I don't know how to do properly =(

ReplyDeleteMy prayers are with your cousin dueing her battle!

ReplyDeleteI do self breast exams, but not often
ReplyDeleteYes, I do breast exams. It's a life saver.
ReplyDeleteNo, but my doc does every year.
ReplyDeleteI do because i have had the other female cancer so i tried to do it every month. Thanks for putting it out there for the young also. Joannie
ReplyDeleteI do but like some of the others, not as often. I had my first mamogram this year, too. My grandmother lost both her breasts, and then after remision for 15 years the cancer came back.
ReplyDeleteIm sorry to hear that. Your Grandmother is/was a brave woman.
DeleteYes she was, thank you.
DeleteWell, not yet. But I will soon. My husband already told me that breast exams is very important to do.
ReplyDeleteThank u for this giveaway.
Every month. I am midwifery student and it makes me feel more confident about it.
ReplyDeleteI see many womens who doesn't know how to do it. Girls is very easy, very important, any difference you see in your breasts go immediately to your doctor. Breast cancer is treatable when diagnosed in its early stages!
Amazing giveaway!

ReplyDeleteyes, my doctor teaches me how to do it so i do it!

ReplyDeleteRarely, and I don't know how to do that myself.
ReplyDeleteNope because I'm still pretty young. I should start though!
ReplyDeleteSometimes but not often enough
ReplyDeleteyes.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the contest.
Almost all of my female relatives have, or have beaten breast cancer. Because of this I am in a very high risk category, so I do self checks often.
ReplyDeleteI try to remember to do them monthly.
ReplyDeleteSometimes when I remember to do it. Once in a while I also get paranoid about this.
ReplyDeleteYes...every morning in the shower.
ReplyDeleteI do and I also get regular ones done at my doctor :)
ReplyDeleteYes, but not as often as I should.
ReplyDeleteI don't and my Mom stays on me as well she should since she has had breast cancer (16-year survivor) and my grandmother had it as well. I have had my baseline mammogram though. But the truth is self-exams work, my Mom found hers through self-exam and the mammo did not catch it. Sigh, must do self-exam tonight.
ReplyDeleteI do self exams and also have annual mammograms due to my family history. My mother is a two time breast cancer survivor!
ReplyDeleteI sure do! :D
ReplyDeleteYes! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteYes, sometimes I do self exams.
ReplyDeleteI don't do them, I'm a teenager so I'm getting to the point where I should start doing them though.
ReplyDeleteI actually don't, although I probably should.
ReplyDeleteYes I do!
ReplyDeleteI do but not as often as I should

I try to periodically remember to self check but normally it is just my once a year doctor's visit that they get checked. Hmmm maybe I should go do that now. :)

Yes. Thank you for participating in sharing about this important issue :)
ReplyDeleteI do, but I should check myself more often as is recommended.
ReplyDeletejmesparza821(at)gmail(dot)com
Absolutely! My mother is a breast cancer survivor.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely do self breast exams. I used to have a cool shower hangy with instructions but it is pretty easy to do. My beloved Aunt Mimi, may G-d rest her soul, did not survive breast cancer. My family has a history on both sides and some carry the BRCA genes (and several relatives have had prophylactic surgery).
ReplyDeleteYou can read about my Aunt Lisa's experience here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/lisa-jey-davis/brca_b_1931330.html
Don't know how to check your tatas?
Instructions here: http://www.breastcancer.org/symptoms/testing/types/self_exam/bse_steps
Thanks for this brilliant post! #savethetatas
I do! I am only 19, but I still check.
ReplyDeleteMy great grandmother actually died of Brest Cancer because she saw the signs, but never said anything. I do know 2 close friends that survived though because they caught it early. It is SO important to check yourself and to get mammograms.
Winning this would mean so much to me!
Thanks for this truly amazing giveaway! :)

I do breast exams but I don't do them as often as I should. I have mammograms/ultrasounds every six months because they found a different looking cyst. They found it to be harmless but they still check every six months to be safe.
ReplyDeleteI do it sporadically. Not as often as I should as I am now 50 years old.
ReplyDeleteI don't do breast exams as often as I should, but it's happened. I need to get better with that.
ReplyDeleteEvery month, and every year I have a mammogram.
ReplyDeleteI sometimes do self breast exams, but I don't do it religiously or anything. I should check more often though.

I do do self exams, but never as often as I should. Thankfully there is absolutely no family history of breast cancer, just all the other kinds... *sigh*
ReplyDeleteThanks for this wonderful reminder to all of us.
I have lump breasts, but I do the mammography every two years, because of family history.
