Beloved, Brave New World, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Catcher in the Rye, The Color Purple, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, The Bluest Eye, Of Mice and Men, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn,, The Handmaid’s Tale, The Outsiders, Native Son, Lord of the Flies, Pillars of the Earth, Lord of the Rings, Go Tell it on the Mountain..and the list goes on. I have read at least 40 of the books on the classics banned list.
