    I know we are supposed to do the exam monthly but I don't. Last year I found some lumps which led to a year of seeing a surgeon but it didn't lead to anything. They just said I'm young and hormonal so they will be lumpy. I'm talking about several in each breast. Anyways I kind of gave up because I don't know how I am supposed to find a abnormal lump when they all feel abnormal. Plus it scares me because breast cancer runs in my family. My dads sister was first diagnosed when she was in her early 30s or late 20s.

    Thank you for doing this. I have had my life touched by this disease through family and friends. Most are survivors. I do exams most months, but not like I should. Sometimes it just stresses me out more to do them. LOL

    Honestly, I don't. I get too nervous to do them. I usually have them done once a year by my doctor. I need to start doing them monthly though.

    I do self breast exams monthly- religiously. Both my grandmothers have had breast cancer and I don't want to take any chances.

    I do this regularly and had my mamo just a couple of weeks ago. This is a necessary part of life and only takes a few minutes. This breast cancer, while primarily occurring in women, is affecting both women and men. The hubs even had a mammogram this year and while he felt awkward, it is better to know than not and if there is a problem to catch it early. Thank you for participating in spreading awareness of this most important issue.

    Yes! My mother got diagnosed with breast cancer about one week ago so it's been really scary. She realized it when she was in the shower. Three tumors. :(

    She's getting her breasts removed next week... so sad.

    No... I forget to. There's an app you can download where a hot guy will pop up on your phone and remind you to check your breast. I downloaded it for a bit but had to delete since my phone memory was getting full.

    The guys were SO hot though.

    I didn't used to until I felt something and got scared. Fortunately it was nothing serious but now I do a self examination every month. Thank you for the giveaway!

    I don't do it as regularly as I should, but I do do them once in a while. my Aunt beat Breast Cancer over 20yrs. ago when I was a child and I remember the heartache we all felt watching her battle through it, she just found out that it has returned, so this is a tough topic for me, and hits VERY close to home.

    I self check a couple of times a week as I have fibrous breast tissue that gets loads of cysts and its important I know which lumps are where in case of problems

    No. I dont really know what to look for. I have large c cups so I am just like.. what. what constitutes as lumpy? they are just 2 large lumps. O.O
